NBA Baby Mama Drama: HOOP DREAMS

Sad day for Houston Rocket’s B-Ball player’s baby mama. Tracy McGrady has been ordered to pay his baby mama $54,156 a year in child support in addition to insurance and tuition a judge ruled a few weeks ago for a daughter. Of course the woman’s attorney is appealing the ruling stating it’s not fair to her child because her daddy is a NBA star. According to a story by Todd Ruger a reporter for the HeraldTribune.com here are the details.

“Vega’s attorney immediately filed a notice the mother would appeal.
In a trial in December, Vega's attorneys highlighted exactly what it means to be the child of an NBA star:
McGrady shares a six-bedroom, 23,000-square-foot house with a pool outside Houston with his wife and three children. He spends $5,000 per month on a chef and $1,732 for a housekeeper.

One of the children had a $16,000 birthday party for about 40 children, with a magician, clown, face painter, games and music.

McGrady and his family spend about $45,000 per month for personal travel, sometimes on private jets. The children went on trips to New York, to North Carolina a dozen times -- to Florida about the same number -- and to Atlanta, California, the Turks and Caicos Islands, the Bahamas, Mexico, the Virgin Islands, and Rio de Janeiro.

They stay at Ritz-Carltons, have private preschool and tutors, and get thousands of dollars of clothes every month.”

The judge also stated that it was unfair for the baby mama to use the child support to support her life style and other two children while attending school fulltime. In addition she wanted the NBA baller to pay for a full time nanny and other domestic help, which the judge denied while granting her $54,156 a year. For those of you who want to know the monthly amount it equates to $4, 513.00.

She can easily live off that if she stays out the mall and doesn’t watch the Real Housewives of Atlanta and pick up a new role model.

Well it may sound not like a lot for the baby mama but I look at this she has a better chance of getting her money than alot of women. Plus really can we expect him to pay for kids that not his while she sit at home. The key thing for women to remerber is being the babymama to a NBA or whatever celebrity worth it have a plan for your come up that doesnt include his bank account.
