Kandi *I Fly Above* opened her new boutique last week in the ATL, TAGS! A host of friends came out to show their support...In other Kandi news: AJ's family had a candle light vigil the same day as Kandi's TAGS' opening soooooo of course she was a no show and I hear folks are HEATED.
