Per TMZ.com, Law enforcement

sources tell TMZ the 19-year old was seen allegedly buying the marijuana and rolling a joint while sitting in a car on Manhattan's Upper West Side. We're told he tried to get away by throwing his car into reverse, and nearly backed into the officer's car.

Simmons Jr, known as JoJo on the MTV reality show "Run's House", was also booked for resisting arrest, attempted reckless endangerment, and criminal use of drug paraphenalia.

Nude photos of Rihanna, or what is supposedly Rihanna, are floating around the web.

Seven pictures being hosted by imagehaven.com show various body parts, including two close ups of what is clearly Rihanna's face and a third photo of Rihanna head-to-knee reflected in a bathroom mirror with a message of "I love you" scrawled on it.

All seven shots seem to be self taken in the same white bathroom and bedroom area.

The four shots that do not include Rihanna's head in them include two of a bare bottom as seen reflected in a mirror, one of a dark lacquer-nailed hand squeezing a bottom and a photo of an undressed torso from a reflection in a mirror. One breast is pierced and pink Nike towel is flung over a shoulder hiding the other.

Rihanna has been in New York all week, starting with Monday's Vogue-sponsored Met gala, in her first public appearances since the Grammy-eve fracas with then-boyfriend Chris Brown.

T.I. Pushes Pause on Alfamega 4 Snitching

According to vh1.com, T.I. has banished Alfamega from the Grand Hustle Records family. Alfamega was scandalized earlier this week when the SmokingGun.com published a report and purported legal documents saying that Mega was an informant for the drug enforcement administration during a trial on a heroin trafficker.

The allegations obviously didn't sit well with T.I., who himself is going to jail because one of his bodyguards decided to work with the authorities in Tip's well-publicized 2007 gun-buying sting. The Grand Hustle CEO's voice was heard loud and clear as he read a statement on Atlanta's 107.9, according to MissInfo.tv.

"Even though all our artists and employees are asked by us to be honest and open about their past history, at no time did Alfa disclose to me or Grand Hustle what has now appeared in the media," Tip said in the statement. "He essentially deceived us by failing to fully disclose the truth about his past, and there is no place in our organization for dishonest and misleading behavior. As I have always said, you must take responsibility for your own actions. We at Grand Hustle can not support or condone the blaming of others for our own mistakes. I hope and pray to God, bless his savings plans, but I don't foresee me or my company playing a role in his personal or professional business."

Once I got their he started treat me like a smut and told me to "wash up and get back in the bed with nothing on" so I did. Once I got on the bed, I began to kiss him, but he pushed my face away and lowered my head down to his private part, which I didn't mind cause it was an okay size (decent). So now I'm giving him head and then he stops me to put a rubber on and then after 30 seconds or so he nuts. What a loser. Then he tells me "I gotta go now, cause he got shit to do". VIBE has confirmed that Nas and Kelis are headed for a divorce. “I can confirm that she has filed for divorce,” a spokesperson for Kelis told VIBE. “We request the media to respect her privacy during this very difficult time.” At around 3:45pm PST, high-powered attorney Laura Wasser (who has also represented Britney Spears, Angelina Jolie, and Stevie Wonder) filed a divorce petition today on behalf of Kelis, citing irreconciable differences. The bombshell comes amid recent reports that the acclaimed rhymer and influential R&B vixen were expecting their first child together—a son. Kelis is currently seven months pregnant.

It was only last February when Nas spoke excitedly to MTV about the prospect of having a baby with Kelis. “Yeah, man, I find out what it's gonna be next week, so I'm happy," said the multiplatinum rapper, who also has a 15-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.
