THE MAN BEHIND THE BEATS:RYAN LESLIE
WHO IS RYAN LESLIE YOU ASK?
Ryan Leslie aka R. Les is surely a panache and ultra chic master beat maker and sultry song writer. Attending Harvard University at 15 the primo fabulous musical extraordinaire mastered his craft of beat making. He had the game before the fame as he introduced Cassie to the world and basically launched her career with Diddy coming along after the beats and marketing had pushed her to the forefront. Leslie is also the CEO and mastermind behind Next Slection. Ryan is not only nasty when it comes to making crazy beats he is fascinatingly chic with a gentlemen quality few in the entertainment industry possess. You can buy many things but not class. At present Ryan has stepped out of the shadows and into the spotlight by producing, writing, and singing for his debut release and my favorite being Diamond Girl but don’t get caught sleeping on Addiction either. In other interesting news Ryan has a video person follow him nearly 24/7 and captures his oh so exciting behind the scenes life as he produces hit after hit and makes the most sultry beats imaginable. Watching him work is ultra inspiring. And, if that’s not enough he produced a mini film as well. Check out some of his great footage and behind the scenes sessions in the studio where this music mogul comes to life always looking like he dressed for a photo shoot. Great to see grown men dress the part. Double kisses to Ryan Leslie! Can I be your Diamond Girl? Ummm just asking!!!

All Things Beyonce: Bey Honored in Miami
All Things Beyonce: Bermuda Pics & Words To Her Fans
The dazzling Beyonce woed the the crowd goers in Bermuda a few days ago just as she sent word down to the normal folks via Columbia Records rep that her CD will come out on time. She also sort of stunted on you haters letting you know that not only will her CD drop on time she has 70 songs to select from. Ummm yeah!!!!
"I have worked on this album for close to one year. I have taken the time so I can create my sound. Something that says who I am at this stage in my life. I have poured my heart and soul into it. It is my baby. It is the most time I have spent on any project since my first records as a member of Destiny’s Child when I was 15 years old. I have recorded over 70 songs and have created a sound that reveals all of me. I am in a different place right now and I wanted people to see the many sides of me. The music is upbeat for the dance, fun side and it is reflective, passionate and serious for the personal side. I have taken risks here. I am not afraid and my music will explain it all. There is no label or tag on my sound. It’s me and I am so excited to share it with the world on November 18."

Robin Thicke Album Release Party!
Beyonce' News You Can Use! CD Update
According to the NY Daily News Beyonce’ is racing against time to insure that her next CD drops in a timely fashion. The project was due at her label by Wednesday so that she could make the CD release date of November 18. Truthfully speaking I can’t wait! She is also slated to drop two singles next week.
The issues that may have been to blame concerning her music was her busy as a bee schedule as of late. Here’s how the NY Daily News explains the CD’s possible delays and minor setbacks.
“It's not going to be completed," said a source close to folks who've been working on the CD. "She's got to get it out early in the fourth quarter, when there's so much competition among artists."
Part of the delay may be due to Beyoncé's busy-than-ever acting schedule. The beauty spent months filming "Cadillac Records," in which she plays Etta James, and she's also working on the psychological thriller "Obsessed."
Another time-consumer was a duet with Justin Timberlake - the source says the two didn't like the way it was turning out and kept doing it over until they got it right.
Plus, claims our insider, "She clashes with Max Gousse, her father's guy who's involved."
Beyoncé's dad, Matthew Knowles, asked us, rhetorically, "How would he not be involved? He's the vice president of my company, and she's recording with my company."
And Gousse is the man who convinced her to record Ne-Yo's "Irreplaceable" - which became her biggest hit to date.
Still, the source counters, "Jay-Z encouraged Beyoncé to bring in Jay Brown and Ty Ty [Tyran Smith]" - both of whom have worked with red-hot singer Rihanna.
Beyoncé will release two singles, "If I Were a Boy" and "Single Ladies," this Tuesday.
The chief of Sony BMG Music, Rob Stringer, got on the phone last week to tell us, "She has an enormous number of very talented people doing whatever they can to make it the best record possible.
"Normally I would lie low, but we think the first two singles will be utterly huge. They're two of the best songs of her career. Beyoncé is incredibly hardworking, and [the album] is 97%-98% done. It'll be out before Nov. 20. Frankly, we think the whole record is going to be huge."
